I partner with individuals and couples who want to make a change in their life, but find themselves stuck. As a marriage and family therapist, I believe you deserve to be heard, understood, and accepted. I take time to hear your story, listening not only to your words, but to the emotions and thoughts behind those words. Together we identify the challenges that are holding you back from the life you imagine for yourself.
In a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, we will discover the behavior and thought patterns that may be holding you back. You will learn new ways to manage stress and emotions, and many clients discover the “why” behind their current frustrations. We will work together to heal hurts from the past, empowering you to move through the stuck places into a more hopeful future.
I am a wife, mom, and follower of Christ. I enjoy movie night with my family, gardening with my husband, and hanging out with friends. Focused time with my Bible and the Lord are essential at the beginning of each day, and I try to find quiet moments with a good book as often as possible.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Indiana and a national certified counselor.
