What are your office hours?
We schedule clients Monday through Saturday during the day. All sessions are by appointment only. Please contact us to discuss current availability and find a time that best fits your schedule.
Where are you located?
Our office is located in the Elevate Office Suites building in Brownsburg. Convenient parking is available adjacent to the building, including designated handicap spaces.
How do I find your office?
When you enter the Elevate Office Suites building, you may see the property manager at the front desk across from the entrance. She is not a receptionist and does not notify us of your arrival, but she’s happy to answer questions about the building or direct you to the restroom.
From the main floor, you can take the elevator (to the right) or the stairs (to the left) to our offices on the second floor, Suites 236 and 239. If our doors are closed when you arrive, please feel free to wait in the hallway. When it’s time for your session, we’ll open the door to let you know we’re ready.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Meeting regularly helps you establish a rhythm, build momentum, and make meaningful progress toward your goals. For EMDR clients, weekly sessions are especially important, as processing often continues between meetings and we’ll want to check in on how you’re doing.
What can I expect in the first session?
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll review important policies, discuss your history and goals, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also confirm a payment method (cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or HSA card) and schedule your next appointment.
How many sessions will I need?
The length of therapy varies for each person. While many clients work with us over a number of months, the duration depends on your goals, the issues you’d like to address, and your pace of progress. We’ll collaborate along the way to ensure therapy feels productive and aligned with your needs.
